Tea Tree, or Melaleuca, comes from a small tree or shrub with long, skinny leaves. The leaves were once used to make a drink, thus the name "tea tree." The essential oil has grown in popularity in many products, but some people are surprised when they first smell it in this form - it is quite strong and concentrated. The scent is fresh, camphorous (medicinal), and a little bit woody.
